Saraswoti Shah is an experienced advocate, mediator, and arbitration practitioner with over 9 years of experience in civil and criminal law. She specializes in corporate law and employment-related issues focusing on eliminating discrimination and harassment. Certified as a Trainer of Trainers (TOT), Saraswoti has provided extensive training on civil and criminal codes, mediation, and workplace safety.
